Engineering Coordinator

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Engineering Coordinator for an opportunity in Mesa, AZ. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop tracking and trending data to follow engineering projects through to completion
• Track engineering projects across five disciplines within the engineering department
• Coordinate estimated ship dates based upon feedback from engineering and tooling lead
personnel
• Update project due dates based upon progress and calculated estimations of completion

Qualifications and requirements:

• BA/AA degree preferred, but not required
• 5 years experience in a coordinator or expediter position
• Ability to work with multiple departments to produce excellent results
• Must be willing to make calls on the fly regarding status changes and ship dates
• Ability to find the root cause of delays and work to reduce these delays in the future
• Must be willing to learn process that is used to work projects and look for ways to
improve this process
• Able to use Excel and Google Sheets to track and chart data
• Proficient in the use of Mac or Personal Computers
• Use of project tracking software will be key to success in this position.
