Operations Admin

 

We are currently looking to hire a full time operations admin for our large manufacturing facility in Bensenville, IL. This position is on 1st shift, pays 35K to start and offers full benefits. This role can interview and start ASAP!

 

Candidates will be the right hand point person to the plant manager and oversee all office and admin operations. No degree is required, but we are looking for someone with office, purchasing, admin and scheudling experience. This person will oversee several things for the facilities, but the main items are detailed below. 

 

-Handle all production and employee scheduling

-Support purchasing, safety, planning, event planning, etc

-Write up POs, oversee contractor scheduling 

-Order entry, working with vendors, helping schedule maintenance and other contractors

-FMLA and OSHA paperwork

-Office paperwork, helping out with benefit information
