Executive Assistant

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant in Atlanta, GA.

This individual will report to a Managing Director and provide support to the department including four Directors.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work independently to perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties.
• Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs.
• Filing, documenting and preparing reports, presentations, org charts, memos, letters and other documents utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook is a requirement.
• Must be highly advanced in multitasking and possess the ability to manage multiple high level projects.
• Ability to create, manage and maintain multiple schedules, meetings and travel itineraries. Monitors and purchases office supplies using purchasing account.
• Completes, submits and reconciles expense reports.
• Coordinates details of event planning and logistics including meetings, A/V conferencing set-up, conference rooms, presentation and materials preparation, venue layouts, external vendors,etc.
• May be responsible for taking meeting notes and publishing transcription.
• Ability to interact with the office staff (at all levels) with a focus on team cohesion.
• Be flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient in a fast paced environment, often under pressure.
• Must act with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
