Tool Procurement Analyst
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Tool Procurement Analyst for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides tooling support to Line, Base, Engine, and Component Maintenance organizations. This position will include tool procurement. Coordinates with Supply Chain Management for the most effective and efficient processes for the purchase of aircraft, engine, and component tooling. Routine analysis of flight and maintenance schedules of LMO, BMO, and OSR to determine tool allocation. This job requires the identification of desirable tooling vendors with an emphasis on Diversity. These responsibilities are not all inclusive. Other duties as assigned by the Manager. This position will practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Airframe and Power-Plant (A&P) license with 5+ yrs aviation related experience -Or -Avionics Certificate with 5+ yrs of aviation related experience -Or -Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aeronautics or Engineering with 5+ yrs aviation related experience -Or -7+ Years of Aircraft Tooling Experience including tool management, procurement, and allocation.
- Additional experiences valued: · Prior leadership position · Aircraft Tooling experience · SAP training ·
- Ability to read and interpret AAs, SBs, ADs, wiring diagrams, AMMs, CMs, EMs and other technical documents
