Recruiting Coordinator

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Work with hiring stakeholder (recruiters, hiring managers, etc.) to ensure that Delta’s candidates are informed and engaged throughout the process.
• The Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, taking proactive steps to plan and streamline the interviewing process and candidate travel, providing timely and professional communications with candidates and other stakeholders, and helping to influence positive hiring outcomes.
• Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. Other key specific responsibilities include:
• Coordinate phone, virtual and onsite interviews with candidates
• Coordinate candidate travel
• When appropriate, meet and escort candidates
• Manage candidate expense reporting
• Follow established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies (ATS, etc.) to ensure data accuracy
• Ensure the proper compilation of offer letters and related materials • Maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally • Deliver a positive recruiting experience for all candidates • Perform administrative duties as needed to support the recruiting team • Participate in recruiting events as needed • Work closely with other coordinators and administrative support throughout the organization to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of candidates and interviewers
