Technical Business Analyst

Qualifications:
Technical experience in data capture is required. 5+ years Technical Experience / Knowledge in the aerospace, airline or MRO industry specific to Delta TechOps' capabilities is preferred Proven history in data capture and developing interpersonal relationships is required Proven budgetary planning and execution experience is preferred Experience with lean, six sigma or other process improvement methodologies is preferred Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required Strong project management skills for delivering applicable data Ability to provide data to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization Must be highly proficient in written and oral communications and able to produce concise, relevant, documents and presentations for customer and senior leaders Ability to manage and execute multiple priorities in a timely manner Proficient computer skills required (MS Suite, ex. MS Word, presentations and spreadsheets) Must be performing satisfactorily in present position 

Responsibilities: 
-Responsible for maintaining technical understanding for issues affecting customer product lines and to accurately capture data based on these requirements -Effectively contribute data to manage "in-service" customer relationships - liaison with program customer service representative to optimize in-service performance of the product and manage execution of contractual obligations to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded -Develop data to drive customer activities ensuring MRO Service Delivery Organization and business unit stakeholders are performing on key account contract deliverables -Develop, manage and deliver customer performance metrics as required -Maintain technical product line proficiency through OJT -Ensure internal business unit stakeholders clearly understand data produced. -Accountable for being a subject matter expert for assigned program -Communicate with customer service representative and internal management around contract requirements including; logistics, scheduling, engineering, documentation, contacts, hold days, materials, etc. -Primary point of contact for required data capture for given contract -Provide data input for business forecasts -Understand and resolve data capture disconnects Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
