Flight Readiness Technician 

Must have an A&P License, minimum of 4yrs of Heavy Maintenance/Line Maintenance and 737 Expereince.  

Performs final component installation and systems operational functional testing. Troubleshoots pre-flight and post-flight functions for delivery. FAA Airframe & Powerplant license required. Employees in this classification may exercise duties and privileges granted under that certificate.

Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).

Candidates selected will attend a 3 week training course prior to working the floor.
