Digital Graphic Designer
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
This position within the HR Service Delivery Communications team focuses on the creation, design execution and implementation of multimedia assets to support global communication strategies, projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Works with the Human Resources team, company stakeholders and partners to aggregate, create and implement compelling visual designs for a variety of audiences, including employees, used in a variety of print and electronic mediums.
- Ensures communication materials are high-quality, accurate, appropriate and integrated with business priorities and themes.
- Assists with developing an internal multimedia development process while helping the company communicate seamlessly and naturally with employees.
- Ensures consistent messaging, branding, imagery and corporate identity in all multimedia assets while acting as a liaison between company stakeholders, leaders and partners when gathering and developing multimedia assets for company communications.
Qualifications:
Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating knowledge of presentation and information design.- Expert user of Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Captivate, and Illustrator are a must).
- Strong knowledge of HTML and web design.
- Understanding of Final Cut Pro.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Three to five years of experience with designing infographics, animation and video assets for corporate communications at a large to very large company. What will make you stand out
- Have previous airline or related industry experience.
- Stay abreast of relevant creative trends and aren’t afraid to try something new.
- Formal graphic design education.
- Candidates will be expected to provide a portfolio of examples of recent creative work.
