Production Support Specialist
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Production Support Specialist with FAA Part 145 Repair Station experience for an opportunity in Mesa, AZ.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary liaison between Customer Service and Production.
Accomplish preliminary receiving inspections on various components
Generating preliminary quotes for all customers.
Contract comprehension, familiarity, and implementation.
General expectations, skill sets and experience:
- The ability to listen carefully and discern specific customer requirements
- Ability to think critically and a heightened attention to detail, consistent follow-through in spite of a dynamic working environment.
- Experience with technical publications (IPC/IPL, CMM/OHM/CR&O, MX manuals/airworthiness limitations, AD/SB/ASB/Etc.
- Highly functional with MS Excel
- Have a personal commitment to the end result
- Full engagement and participation within a team environment
- Present and pursue solutions as opposed to dwelling on problems
