Quality Control Inspector

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Quality Control Inspector for an opportunity in Mesa, AZ.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of bearings to identify and evaluate any defects.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMM, and bore gages to inspect parts – accuracy and precision to .0001” and tighter.
• Perform repairs to return parts to serviceable condition.
• Verify and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform preservation, packaging and labeling.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards within the lab environment.
• Assist with receiving, cleaning, and part marking.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Three or more years of inspection experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Quality Assurance, Metrology principles and ISO Standards
• Practical experience in precision inspection and calibration
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
