Powerplant Engineer
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Powerplant Engineers
with experience in either GE/SNECMA (CFM56-3,-5,-7), P&W (PW4056, 4158, 4062, 4077) or Rolls-Royce (RB211, Trent) engines for commercial and jet aircrafts for an opportunity in Miami, FL.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Powerplant Engineers will issue workscopes to address APU and Engine repairs, alterations and leasing, and review APU and Engine Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins & Letters, all Operator Wires and recommend suitable actions.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Aeronautical, Engines or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in “Speed & Pressure data” & customer service.
- Familiar with AWB (Airway Bill), Main Engine and APU, Aircraft and Engines Sales, Leasing and MRO markets.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, Self-starter, Motivated, Detail oriented and proactive.
- Ability to work and interact with all departments within the organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
