Industrial CNC Machinist
Our facility in Bedford Park is looking for a strong Industrial CNC Machinist to join our team. We are a large part machine shop providing roller fabrication and emergency repair work.This is a 1st shift, 8AM to 3PM but occasional work 6AM to 6PM when busy. Pay range is $25 to $32 p/hour depending on experience. See below for more details:
- 3+ years of large part (up to 75k pounds) CNC Machining experience with either Mill or Lathe's
- Familiar with Fanuc controls
- Utilizing MasterCam to perform Programming and various edits
- Comfortable with larger CNC machinery and not afraid to hop on different jobs when needed
- Know how to utilize small to large overhead cranes to load and un load product
- Interpreting detailed blueprints
- Documenting work stage by stage. Long runs with one set up per shift is the usual
- Familiar with using MIC's/CAL's/Bore and Depth Gauges and more
