LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Technical Trainer for an opportunity in Littleton, CO

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of duties in the electronic mechanical electromechanical or optical areas. Delivers training for Soldering of printed circuit boards, Cabling, Polymerics, Torquing, and Mating of Connectors. The successful candidate shall have performed various testing on products and typical testing methods involving monitoring, assembling, improving, and manipulating a product to ensure it is in no way defective.

Essential Functions:

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Creating training plans
• Working with learning management systems
• Works under moderate supervision

Requirements:

• Experience in On-The-Job Training
• Soldering and Cabling skills Instructional Systems Design experience 
• Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing environment
• Instructional Systems Design certification
• 4 - 8 years of electronic manufacturing experience or bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic field with 2 - 4 years of experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Teaching in a Manufacturing environment
• IPC Certification
• NASA Certification
