CNC Lathe Machinist
We are looking to bring in a strong CNC Lathe Machinist for our Mount Prosepct facility that can come in and hit the ground running. This will be a 1st shift position, working from 7AM to 4PM with up to 10 hours of OT a week. Pay ranges from $25 to $30 p/hour depending on experience. We are a industry leader in the production of Gear Box's plus adapters. Over the past 5 years we have gone from $12 million in sales to $20 million so we are growing quickly and looking for an ambitious individual to continue that. - 5 to 7 years of operating and setting up CNC Lathe Machines. Primarily Mazak & DMG multi axis, dual spindle turning machines.
- Comfortable with not only setting up but aslo operating these machines
- Holding tollerences as tight as +/-.0005
- Following detailed and complex blueprints
- Worked with aluminum, steel and stainless steel
- Utilization of micrometers, calipers, bore gages, groove gage, thread plug gage, fltaness gage, qm height gage. Must be okay with doing all inspection of products produced.
- Worked with 2 to 5 axis CNC machines
