Oak Brook, IL, April 23, 2024 – Today, LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions, LLC announced the formal signing of a Letter of Intent to acquire Talentscale, a Veteran-Owned Small Business providing staffing services to the DoD aerospace industry in support of aircraft integration, MRO, CLS and ILS contracts both fixed and rotary wing. The sale is expected to close by June 1, 2024.

Adding Talentscale, Inc and its experienced leaders into the LAUNCH organization will allow the company to expand into the largely untapped DoD market. LAUNCH Defense aims to work on mission-critical projects while expanding its Working Heroes program, helping to connect transitioning service members with civilian jobs that utilize their unique skills and experience.
