LAUNCH Announces Partnership with Aspire MRO
Oak Brook, IL, April 13, 2023 – Today, LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions, LLC announced the formation of an exclusive partnership with Aspire MRO. The relationship is focused on LAUNCH providing a Total Labor Management Solution to Aspire, including a dedicated Delivery Team (recruiting and program management) that is co-located and integrated into the Aspire operations.
Aspire MRO provides 777 passenger to freighter conversions and widebody heavy maintenance at their world class facility located in Ft. Worth, TX.
Together, Aspire and LAUNCH will collaborate on their long-term labor demand through a variety of solutions. These will include recruiting and hiring technicians as direct employees of Aspire as well as contingent labor and contingent-to-direct technicians. In addition, LAUNCH will provide pipeline development for Aspire technicians through the LAUNCH Academy – bringing in additional technicians from partner aviation schools, the Working Heroes program and the LAUNCH Global Access program.

As part of the partnership, the two companies will conduct corporate governance through a formal Executive Steering Committee comprised of executive leadership from both Aspire and LAUNCH.
