Parts Counter Sales Representative
Direct Placement:
1st Shift Mon-Fri
7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
2 Years minimum exp.
Pay Rate: $18-$22 ph.
Interview process: Onsite.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a positive, customer-oriented person with heavy truck parts or technician experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal Parts Counter Sales Representative will have 2 years heavy truck parts or shop experience and a willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude a huge plus.
•Handle parts requests via telephone, email or in person
•Use manufacturer and vendor catalogs to locate parts for customers, internal and external
•Advise customers on related parts
•Follow up on backordered parts, and contact customer with status
•Ensure that inventory control practices are followed
•Communicate with Parts Manager on inventory issues
•Communicate with Service Department regarding parts availability and pricing
•Provide solutions for the needs of our customers
Qualifications
High school diploma and diesel technical college preferred
2 years heavy truck parts or shop experience
