Project Administrator - PT

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Project Administrator for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics of events, programs, meetings and (19%)
• Respond to questions related to the teams’ processes, programs, and procedures (5%)
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relations for assigned programs, projects and events (10%)
• Input of teams’ events on CEO Engagement calendar (5%)
• Coordinate internal team events/meetings (10%)
• Cross-functional team facilitation in support of deliverables – handouts, decks, pre-reads (15%)
• Process T&E expenses (8%)
• Assist in Invoice Works and vendor payment processes (5%)
• Assist with iShop requests for team members and BRG leaders (3%)
• Respond (declinations) to external sales/vendor/sponsorship requests (5%)
• Assist with event registrations, associated travel arrangements for Ds/MDs (5%)
• Assist with calendar management for internal and external meetings Ds/MDs (10%) 
  

Qualifications:

• 30-40 hours a week.
• Someone who had a higher level job in a previous career and now needs time flexibility.
• Can have flexible hours.
• Some evening events each quarter that they would need to participate
• Event planning experience
• Detailed is required.
• But also someone that can think a little strategically and not just follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent outlook skills and very computer savvy.
• Good people skills
