COMPENSATION / SCHEDULE
Weekly Pay (on 40 hours) / PACKAGE RATE: $1,600 / $60.00/hour
ST: $22.00
OT: $60.00
PD: 720.00
TRAINING:  4 days classroom orientation (tons of computer work), additional week of on the floor training with a senior tech before officially hitting the floor 
BONUS: No
WORK SCHEDULE: 
Usually:
1st, 2nd, 3rd shift.
3, 4 & 5 day schedules worked. Will always get 40 hours.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
As of 7/8:: ONLY accepting contractors with 15-20 years of residential cabinet experience or prior aircraft cabinetry experience. ****

Feedback:: WILL get rejected if FINE carpentry /custom cabinetry / finishing language and wording around it

1. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience of cabinet fabrication.  Dassault expects contractors to hit the ground running.
2. MUST be able to pass vision test during compliance - this tests for colorblindness and requires a perfect score. If even 15/16, will not be able to proceed. * DFJ uses color coding system throughout the facility *
3. Candidates should have solid PC skills.  Everything is done on a screen and digital.
4. Previous cabinet making experience or equivalent.

• Working on: FALCON 10X, FALCON 8X, FALCON 6X, FALCON 900LX, FALCON 2000LXS,FALCON MULTI-MISSION
• Fabricate aircraft cabinets

• Perform other functions that support the delivery of aircraft cabinets using cabinet construction skills in conformance with procedures and guidelines and to the standards of Dassault Falcon Jet quality.
