Supply Chain Analyst

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities: 

• The Air Lines utilizes the SAP Materials Management Module for the planning, tracking, pricing, purchasing and payments of all aircraft materials.
• Perform a variety of functions related to data integrity in support of the order to pay process including the vendor set up, material master (including Cage Codes), pricing (through automation as well as manual updates) and Outline Agreements. 
• Perform reporting, manage day to day tactical processes while using analytical tools.
• Will need to have a thorough understanding of the order to pay process.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers, using a variety of systems and software such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, and Hyperion/brio.
• Work with other departments to identify root causes and implement change management to address issues found.
• Develop, establish, and maintain processes that verify accuracy of procurement information contained in Air Lines' SAP system.
• Responsible for planning, data mining, designing, and implementing solutions to track, monitor and identify data issues and propose solutions through high volume processes.
• Goal will be to work with teams to benchmark, identify, implement and document changes to improve the current data accuracy as well as establish processes to check for compliance on an ongoing basis. 

Qualifications:

• College degree in business administration or finance is preferred or equivalent work experience.
• If no degree, two or more years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Material Management, Accounts Payable, other Finance area or related discipline.
• Must be able to bring about positive action through interactions with others.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Access is required.
• Previous experience using SAP, Hyperion, SAS, is preferred.
• Special Note: • SAP transaction & data load proficient • Hyperion, Excel & Access data analysis proficient
• Requires little supervision and accepts responsibility
• Takes charge and owns the process
