MRO Program Specialist
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an MRO Program Specilist for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating customer engine shop visits from induction to test.
Resolve parts problems, exchanges, and replacements.
Attend production meetings.
Report engine progress to management.
Work with the Sales team in communicating engine status to the customer.
Assist in preparing and reviewing detailed engine visit summary.
Should be able to work closely with TOC personnel to prepare detailed cost analysis.
Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Power plant license required. We require an A&P license for various functions that we provide with the engine shop and the repair and support shops.
- Airframe license or other technical background preferred.
- Exceptional Microsoft Office familiarity required as well as cost analysis and presentation skills.
- Maintenance, material services, or purchasing background preferred.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and effective telephone techniques.
- Must have multi-task abilities, strong analytical skills, organization skills, and time-management skills.
- Understanding of Engine Maintenance daily operation desired.
- Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.
