Customer Service Rep III
LAUNCH is currently seeking an individual to assist in our client's In Flight Services department with our flight attendant onboard electronic device. The “SkyProfessor” will be expected to deliver the company's service and brand standards with style, speed, and skill. SkyProfessors seek to earn the trust of customers and coworkers offering guidance, knowledge, and even tips and training for the SkyPro device.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties of the position will be the following: One-on-one technical support for flight attendants with SkyPro issues; Manage the sale of accessories; Manage a spare pool of temporary loaner devices to ensure compliance of the device per FAA regulations; Manage the lost and found system; May occasionally be asked to assist with other projects in the lounges to support OnBoard Services.
Qualifications and requirements:
- High school degree required. Some college preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in customer service and sales.
- Call center experience preferred. (i.e. flexible, resourceful, team player, etc.)
- Strong work ethic.
- Personable with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Unwavering integrity.
- May require some occasional travel.
- Must be open to shifts and weekends.
